How do I reset my Veradigm password?
Visit the login page and click “Forgot Password.” You’ll receive a reset link at your registered email within 2 minutes. If you don’t receive it, check your spam folder or call (800) 334-8534.
What do I do if the system is down during patient hours?
Call our emergency support line immediately at (800) 334-8534 and press 1. Our critical issue team is available 24/7 and targets a 1-hour resolution for clinical emergencies.
How do I add a new user to my Veradigm account?
Navigate to Settings → User Management → Add User. Enter the user’s name, role, and email. They’ll receive an activation email within 5 minutes. Full instructions are in the Knowledge Base under “User Administration.”
Can I get on-site training for my staff?
Yes. Veradigm offers on-site training for practices with 5 or more providers. Contact your Client Success Manager or email training@veradigm.com to schedule. On-demand training through Veradigm Academy is available at no additional cost.
Who is my dedicated Client Success Manager?
Log into your Veradigm portal and navigate to “My Account” to find your CSM’s contact information. Or email clientsuccess@veradigm.com with your practice name and NPI and we’ll connect you within one business day.
How do I upgrade to a newer version of the Veradigm EHR?
Cloud-hosted practices receive updates automatically. For server-based installations, contact your Client Success Manager to schedule a coordinated upgrade. We recommend scheduling during non-clinical hours.
